So, I’m running late this morning and of course didn’t get any breakfast. Finally, I sit down to work and remember I have a KIND Breakfast Oat & Honey Bar in my stash. Bam! Grab my favorite mug, pour piping hot water over my black tea bag, add some soy milk and tear open my KIND Bar. Ummmm…. so chewy and crunchy at the same time with just enough sweet (just 4.5 grams per bar) to complement my tea. Plus, it’s non-GMO and gluten-free with 5 “super-grains” including oat, millet, buckwheat, amaranth and quinoa so I feel like I’m being healthy, too! Can’t wait to try the Dark Chocolate Cocoa breakfast bar (for my midday snack ;-》).
